Orders are shipped FOB Logan, Utah via FedEx Saver.
Orders ship within 7 to 10 business days.

*Please note orders sent to P.O. Boxes, Rural Routes, or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses will be shipped FOB Logan, Utah via USPS.

At this time we are unable to process orders shipping to addresses outside of the United States. Please call our sales department @1-800-338-2030 to place international orders.

TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

If you'd like to cancel or change your ekusa.com order for any reason, please call our sales department at 1-435-753-8448, as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping system is designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the fulfillment process.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange EK product in the original packaging within 15 days of receipt. However, there is a $10.00 shipping/handling fee.  

Please make sure to insure your package with the carrier of your choice, as
EK Ekcessories is not responsible for misplaced returns.
